Fletcher Avenue Back Open After Hole Opens in Roadway
Traffic on Fletcher Avenue may be worse than normal for some time today, thanks to a hole that opened in one of the eastbound lanes.

Traffic on Fletcher Avenue is back open to normal traffic after crews made repairs to a hole in the roadway. The hole that opened was in one of the eastbound lanes and slowed traffic in the area during the late morning hours of June 20.
The hole was two feet wide and located just east of N. 15th Street, according to Larry McKinnon, spokesperson for the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
Crews from the county repaired the hole shortly after noon.
