King Tennis Players Advance to State Competition
Students will compete in Altamonte Springs this week.

The Boys and Girls Tennis teams won their district matches during the week of April 2.
The girls’ and boys’ No. 1 players, Rachael Adler and Kiril Kirkov, won their district matches, which gave them automatic places in the state competition in Altamonte Springs.

To add the icing on the cake, the boys team went on to win regionals. This means the entire boys team gets to compete at state.
From what we understand, King has never had the boys team go to state, and the girls have not had representation since the 1980s.
