Picnic Encourages Neighbors to Watch for Crime

Each year, the River Run and Rolling Terrace subdivisions gather on the right-of-way behind Woodland Ridge Drive for a picnic hosted by the neighborhood Crime Watch group.

The goal is to familiarize neighbors with the Temple Terrace Police Department and Temple Terrace Fire Department while helping to promote businesses from the nearby River Run Preserve Shopping Center. Shamrocks Ale House and Tequila Mexican Restaurant brought snacks.
