Police Offer 5 Tips to Stay Safe on Your Boat

Do you know how many life jackets you should have on your boat?

The Temple Terrace Police Department wants to make sure you do.

“Stay Afloat and Safe on Your Boat” is the third tip in the department’s Fun-N-Sun Safety Tip Run, a series of weekly safety tips designed to help you and your family enjoy the summer.

“Regardless of the experience that you may have with boats, always make an effort to stay updated on the latest safety tips,” police say.

A new summer safety tip will be provided each week on the Temple Terrace Police Department Facebook page, and that’s where you can check out all of the boating safety information.
