Request to Reconsider $93,400 Fine Denied by Temple Terrace Board
The home facing the code violation issue is on Willowick Avenue.

The Temple Terrace Municipal Code Enforcement Board decided not to consider William Holland Jr.'s request for a new hearing. Holland was hoping to have the amount of the lein on his property reduced, according to TBO.com.Â
"Board members cited a judge's ruling that granted the city a summary judgement of foreclosure against him," reported TBO.com
Holland is facing a code enforcement issue regarding his roof in 2007. In the six years since then, the issue may end up costing him the property. Fines have ballooned to about $94,000.
