Tampa Teen, Toddler Found Safe
Hillsborough County deputies were looking for help finding a missing 16-year-old and her 2-year-old brother.

TAMPA, FL β Update Oct. 24, 12:08 p.m.: Within minutes of sending out a plea for help locating a missing Tampa teen and her young brother, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office reported they had returned home and were safe.

According to police, Briseanna Thompson, 16, left her home around 6 p.m. Oct. 23 after getting into an argument with family. She reportedly took her brother Brian Malone, 2, along with her.
Police say the children, who live in the area of 15th Street, have not been seen since leaving the home. Briseanna is said to frequent the area of Copeland Park.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the children is asked to call the Hillsborough County Sheriffβs Office at 813-247-8200.
