Temple Terrace City Manager Gerald Seeber, who began work for the city at the end of April, took his oath of office at the May 7 City Council meeting.

Seeber was previouslyΒ the general manager of Tampa Bay Water, a position he held for five years.
He served as city manager of Oviedo in Seminole County from 2004 to 2008 and New Port Richey in Pasco County from 1988 to 2004.
Seeber also served as village manager of Brown Deer, WI, from 1982-88. He earned a bachelorβs degree in political science from Marquette University in 1975, and a post-graduate degree in public administration from Pennsylvania State University in 1978.
