Woman's Club to Host Annual Health Fair Thursday, April 23

The GFWC Temple Terrace Woman's Club wants to help the community stay healthy.

To that end, the club will host its fifth annual Health Fair Wednesday, April 24 from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Woodmont Clubhouse, 415 Woodmont Ave., Temple Terrace.

The free fair will feature a number of local health-care providers including representatives from the University of South Florida Byrd Alzheimer's Center, UNiversity Village and Comprehensive Home Health.

Diabetes and Endocrinology Institute will provide glucose checks, Florida Eye Clinic will provide eye-care information and the Temple Terrace Fire Department will present CPR classes.
