His owner had gone through a foreclosure and well, he had to not only give up his home - he also had to give up Nick. That's how he found his way to St. Francis Animal Rescue.

A few weeks ago someone adopted Nick. His new dad is named Karl. His new dad takes him to work with him and to Fuzzy Buddies twice a week for play time. When they are home, they sit on the couch together and watch television. The two guys are happy.

St. Francis Society Animal Rescue is an all volunteer, nonprofit 501-c-3 animal rescue organization dedicated to saving the lives of sick, injured, and stray domestic animals as well as spaying/neutering and medical services for those animals. All of their animals are spayed/neutered, tested for leukemia/FIV, wormed and vaccinated before they are adopted.

For the past few months, Westchase Patch has been featuring St. Francis Animals on our website.

"We really appreciate you allowing us to network them," wrote Kristina Fazio, a volunteer with St. Francis.
