Kids benefit from yoga too! In this program, Lucky Cat Yoga introduces yoga to toddlers with basic yoga postures. Bring a towel or yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. This program is free and for children ages 2 to 5 years and their caregivers. It is funded by the Friends of Upper Tampa Bay Regional Library.
