Highland Park Development: Details of Plan Emerge
4,000 to 5,00 square feet of the project will be retail, including a cafe or restaurant.
As we reported a few weeks ago, plans for what will become are moving along. The Town Center style project would consist of high end luxury rental units, approximately 4,000 to 5,000 square feet of retail space, along with a playground, dog park and farmer's market and club house for renters.
A recent meeting in Highland Park held by the developers unveiled more details about the space, specifically a detailed rendering of what the property would look like when complete, according to the Highland Park Blog. A cafe or restaurant would anchor the property.
Since this is likely to be a highly desirable addition to the community, we wondered which eatery readers thought should go in the dining space? A mom and pop coffee shop? A fine dining restaurant, or a well established chain?
