One voter says about 100 people lined up before the doors opened.

As the doors opened at the Upper Tampa Bay Library near Westchase, one voter estimates that about 100 people were lined up outside the door.

Hoping to beat the rain and make it to work, Casey Craig says she got in line about 10 minutes before the doors opened.
