Parrot Rescue Monday: Meet Pretty Bird

My name is “Pretty Bird”  I’m a 30  (I think) year old double yellow headed Amazon. I am very shy about stepping up as I haven’t been handled a whole lot. But I have decided all these hands have been gentle, so I play nice too. I have been through a lot; my right foot had been broken or fractured in the past and never treated, so sometimes I lose my balance, I have also plucked out all of my back feathers ( it’s cooler that way.) I also have a heart murumr, so would like to live in a quiet home please. I love to mimic the phone to get you to come running and I say “Hello, Pretty Bird," and I laugh, and of course I LOVE to EAT. All I want is someone that will love and cherish me forever!
