HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL -- Motorists can expect nighttime delays on Memorial Highway south of Hillsborough Avenue to Kelly Road beginning Monday, Dec. 17 through the end of April.Crews will be replacing sidewalks and curbs both eastbound and westbound, closing the right lanes of traffic from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. each day. This closure is expected to impact traffic. Barricades and signs will direct traffic.
