You can hire a surveyor or use an online rebuild calculator. Unfortunately you probably cannot depend on and online calculator for a definitive answer, but it can be used as a guide. Since most people will not hire a surveyor, besides the fact it is not cost effective, the best thing to do is actually review your coverage with your local agent.
