This sound bath is designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect — no prior experience needed.
Sarah Woolson is a licensed mental health counselor and music therapist in private practice at Transformation Counseling in Alpharetta, right down the street from Halcyon. She works with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, identity, grief, and spirituality, using a holistic and integrative approach that incorporates music, creativity, somatics, and mindfulness.In addition to her therapy work, Sarah is a therapeutic sound practitioner, facilitating sound baths and music-based wellness experiences throughout the community. She also offers ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) for clients seeking a powerful, research-supported approach to healing and personal growth.
