Indulge in a chef-crafted holiday meal, beautifully prepared at <a href="https://www.marriott.com/en-us/hotels/atlnk-the-tess-autograph-collection/dining/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Tesserae</a> and packaged ready for pick up. Tesserae is bringing chef-crafted meals to your holiday table with pre-ordered Christmas Hams to go. The restaurant will offer a curated menu for take out on Christmas day, including: 
<ul><li>Spiced Maple Glazed Holiday Ham</li><li>Salt-Roasted Carrots with Fresh Herbs &amp; French Butter</li><li>Juniper-Scented Duck Fat Yukon Potatoes </li></ul>
 Meals are offered by pre-order only. The deadline to order is December 22, 2025 at 12 PM and pickup is on Thursday, December 25, 2025 between 10 AM - 2 PM. Zoo Atlanta

Calling all Adventure Cubs, ages 0-5, and their favorite grownups for a morning of exploration, learning and fun! 
Embark on a new journey each month with a Zoo Educator as families get to learn and play together. 
Engaging activities will get you and your little one moving and creating. Each month, young explorers will learn about a new animal through a game, craft, story, and singalong. At the end of the program, participants will visit the animal of the month’s habitat to make observations and draw connections to the lesson. You and your family will then receive a themed scavenger hunt to do in the Zoo on your own. This is a great opportunity to make friends and spend time with your little explorers as they discover new skills and learn about wildlife. 
All topics and activities are designed for children ages 2-5, with opportunities for exploration for ages 0-2. During the winter months, this program will be held indoors. 2025 Dates: June 7 &amp; 19 July 5 &amp; 17 August 2 &amp; 21 September 6 &amp; 18 October 4, 11 (Spanish Language), &amp; 16 November 1 &amp; 20 December 6 &amp; 18 
Time:&nbsp;9:30 – 10:30 a.m. 
Member Cost: $21 for a parent/guardian and child (each additional child participant will be $5/each)*
Non-Member Cost: $26 for a parent/guardian and child (each additional child participant will be $5/each)*

THEMES:
Each month, a new adventure awaits with new animals to observe. Adventure Cubs will explore a new region of the world to investigate the animals and environments there! The purpose of each program is to expose young children to the diversity of animals around the world and to draw connections to the ways we are similar and different. For each adventure they go on, Adventure Cubs will engage in an activity, read a story, and create a take-away memory.

Lanier Islands Resort

Running nightly from 5-10 p.m. through January 4, 2026, the newly designed <a href="https://www.lanierislands.com/holiday-events/magical-nights-of-lights/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Magical Nights of Lights</a> at Lanier Islands Resort will feature six miles of twinkling, animated light displays. Guests will be able to tune in to Star 94 FM during their modern-day sleigh ride, filling each vehicle with holiday cheer amid a backdrop of classic Christmas carols. 
Once they’ve wound their way through the light displays, guests can pop by <a href="https://www.lanierislands.com/game-changer/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Game Changer</a> to warm up with hot cocoa or mulled wine, roast s’mores by the outdoor firepits, or step inside the ultimate indoor entertainment destination, which will be transformed into an extravagantly festive wonderland. In addition to 23,000 square feet of arcade games, duckpin bowling, axe throwing, adult gaming machines, and virtual sports suites, Game Changer will showcase Clark’s Holiday Pop-Up Bar with Moose Mug cocktails and holiday treats. On select nights, Santa Claus will also be on hand to pose for pictures and listen to Christmas wishes from little ones. Afterwards, light watchers can head over to <a href="https://www.margaritavilleresorts.com/margaritaville-at-lanier-islands/attractions/license-to-chill-snow-island" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">License to Chill Snow Island</a> for ice skating, carnival rides, fresh fallen snow, and chances to brave Georgia’s longest, fastest &amp; only snow tubing slide down Blizzard Mountain.
As in the past, pricing for this treasured holiday attraction will be based on the carload, rather than on individual guests. <a href="https://www.lanierislands.com/holiday-events/buy-tickets/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Passes can be purchased online</a> or at the gate for a starting price of just $35 per vehicle of up to 10 guests. Admittance for vans and shuttles of 11 to 20 guests starts at $100, and buses of 21 passengers or more will start at $250. Pricing may vary by the evening attended. 
With donation drives for Georgia Mountain Food Bank and Toys for Tots, donors can receive <a href="https://www.lanierislands.com/holiday-events/special-experiences/give-back-nights/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">"Give Back" discounts on select nights throughout the Magical Nights of Lights Season</a> – valued at $30*. There will also be discount nights for active-duty military members, veterans, first responders, and educators on the resort’s event calendar.
