The Tess will be ringing in the new year in true ‘Tess’ style. From 7pm-12am on Wednesday, December 31, the hotel’s rooftop restaurant, Tesserae will offer an elevated celebration showcasing bold flavors and shared experiences. Featuring curated selections, guests can indulge in:
- A carving station featuring Prime Rib and Citrus-Marinated Red Snapper
- A mac and cheese bar with add-ins like lobster, chicken, and prime rib
- A fresh raw bar overflowing with oysters, shrimp, and more.
Beginning at 10pm., the celebration opens to additional guests for $50 per person, with a live DJ set by DJ C. DeVone, festive party favors, and a sparkling Champagne toast at midnight as The Tess ushers in its very first new year. Tickets can be purchased HERE.
