Floyd "Mutt" Cooper, 78, of Winder passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 15.
Cooper, an Akins Ford retiree, is survived by his wife Virginia, three sons, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation is planned for Oct. 17 from 6-8 p.m. at Smith Funeral Home. The funeral service will take place on Friday, Oct. 18 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Smith Funeral Home.
