• Ricky Lanier Gary, 51, 750 Dearing St., Athens, DUI — alcohol, fleeing or attempting to elude police officer, driving while license suspended or revoked, failure to maintain lane, tail lights/tail light lenses required and possession of open alcohol container
• Uriel Elivd Gonzalez, 32, 2691 Winterville Road, Athens, charged with failure to obey signs or control devices and expired or no driver’s license
• Jason Bernar Hall, 29, 718 Worth Court, Bethlehem, charged with speeding in excess of maximum limits and expired or no driver’s license
• Sherie Lynne Kontul, 33, 39 E. Wright St., Winder, charged with deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• Lana Louise Lenz, 41, 219 Okemah Trail S.E., Marietta, charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness
• Aldarous Cenchez Lyle, 23, 599 Peters St., Statham, charged with illegal possession of controlled substance
• Guillermo Mandujano, 58, 351 Mobile Dr., Winder, charged with giving false name, address or birth date to law enforcement officers, loitering, public drunkenness and public urination
• Nancy Yamilleth Martinez-Hernandez, 29, 124 Second St., Apt. 43, Winder, charged with seven counts abandonment of dependent child and seven counts cruelty to children
• Terry Lynn McElhannon, 56, 191 Graham St., Apt. A, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Nakita Martina Moon, 30, 291 Apperson Drive, Apt. 2, Winder, charged with theft by shoplifting
• Bruce Nicholas Moran, 24, 316 Carter Road, Lot 72, Auburn, charged with false imprisonment (family violence, no contact), battery (family violence, no contact), cruelty to children in the first degree (family violence, no contact), criminal damage to property in the second degree and cruelty to children in the third degree
• Alejandro Peralta-Flores, 38, 124 Second St., Apt. 64, Winder, charged with tail lights/tail light lenses required and expired or no driver’s license
• Raymond Thomas Randolph, 42, 370 Rivermont Road, Athens, charged with speeding in excess of maximum limits, failure to maintain lane, expired or no driver’s license, DUI — alcohol and reckless driving
• Timothy Dean Roberts, 28, 505 Providence Circle, Statham, charged with battery (family violence, no contact)
• Pedro Salinas, 37, 1013 Mulberry Trail, Winder, charged with giving false name, address or birth date to law enforcement officers, forgery in the first degree and driving without a valid license
• Stacey Vaughn Scott, 46, 306 Caseys Court, Winder, charged with theft by shoplifting
• Cody Bennett Steinberg, 23, 1030 Sunset Drive, Greensboro, charged with giving false, name, address or birth date to law enforcement officers
• Athith Vorasith, 33, 316 Carter Road, Lot 11, Auburn, charged with probation violation
• Tevin Denunta Young, 22, 2748 Berkshire Drive, Bethlehem, charged with failure to appear
