• Richard Paul Clark, 50, 167 Langford St., Winder, charged with failure to maintain lane, possession of open alcohol container and seat belt violation
• Susan Leann Colquitt, 50, 4479 Wayne Poultry Road, Pendergrass, charged with probation violation
• Jason Robert Daniel, 36, 959 Honey Suckle Trail, Winder, charged with failure to maintain lane, failure to obey stop sign and reckless driving
• Judith Ruth Frady, 29, 1414 Hardigree Road, Winder, charged with criminal attempt to commit a felony
• Fransisco Garcia-Linares, 23, 163 Hanover Place, Athens, charged with driving without a valid license, driving on wrong side of undivided street and operating vehicle where prohibited
• Keisha Sheree Gardner, 39, 4148 Viking Court, Stone Mountain, charged with probation violation
• Kenneth Roger Gee, 28, 301 E. Wright St., Winder, charged with parole violation
• Elton George Green, 22, 709 Russell Ridge Road, Winder, charged with six counts false imprisonment, three counts armed robbery, simple battery, burglary in the first degree and battery
• Markerson Cody Griffeth, 18, 27 Stillwater Way, Hoschton, charged with probation violation  
• Sarah Nicole Halford, 24, 65 Hill Shop Road, Auburn, charged with seven counts violation of compulsory attendance
• Isiah Stephon Hudson, 20, 799 Baskin Circle, Winder, charged with probation violation and willful obstruction of law enforcement officers
• Devin Sanchez Jackson, 21, 426 N. Ridge Lane, Winder, charged with two counts probation violation
• Pamela Lea Jackson, 44, 182 Creekwood Road, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Alice Faye Johnson, 26, 308 Dreamland Court, Winder, charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing beer establishment and criminal trespass
• Robert Arlie Keesler, 44, 80 King St., Winder, charged with theft by shoplifting and public drunkenness
• Walando Alsca Kenney, 23, 1117B Old Victron School Road, Auburn, charged with driving without a valid license
• Damon Antonio Kinney, 34, 38 Atlanta Ave., Winder, charged with two counts willful obstruction of law enforcement officers (misdemeanor) and willful obstruction of law enforcement officers by use of threats (felony)
