• Tyrone Vernon Hall, 54, 162 Capitol Ave., Winder, charged with failure to appear
• Lachateau Royaleel Hamilton, 28, 63 N. Williamson St., Winder, charged with disorderly conduct
• Nicola Lee Hazen, 48, 475 Pendergass Road, Winder, charged with deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• Alan Steve Hyde, 57, 194 Mulberry Road, Winder, charged with possession of firearm by convicted felon, possession of illegally taken wildlife, hunting big game over bait and unlawful possession of untagged deer
• Andrea Nicole Johnson, 31, 759 Tanners Bridge Road, Bethlehem, charged with probation violation, manufacture/possess etc. controlled or counterfeit substance, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, manufacture/possess etc. controlled or counterfeit substance or materials within 1,000 feet of schools
• Marina Patrice Little, 49, 275 Dreamland Circle, Winder, charged with two counts of deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• Annie Mary Mathis, 65, 316 Wall St., Monroe, charged with criminal damage to property in the second degree (no contact bond) and criminal trespass (no contact bond)
• Joshua Aarian Andrew McCray, 23, 1285 Mauldin Road, Calhoun, charged with three counts probation violation
• Bobby Jerome Morrow, 49, 88 Woodlawn Ave., Winder, charged with seat belt violation, driving while license withdrawn and obstructing or hindering law enforcement
• Willie Lee Norman, 45, 108 Betts St., Apt. 1, Winder, charged with simple assault (family violence) and obstruction or hindering law enforcement
• Christopher Eric Oberjohann, 41, 495 Mackinaw Drive, Bethlehem, charged with DUI — alcohol, too fast for conditions, seat belt violation, possession of open alcohol container and failure to maintain lane
• Joshua James Ross, 25, 496 Natasha Drive, Auburn, charged with DUI — drugs and operating without license required by law

• Tiffany Reanna Simpson, 4181 Gainesville Highway, Buford, charged with two counts failure to maintain lane, DUI — alcohol, endangering a child by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving while license suspended or revoked, DUI — drugs, failure to obey signs or control devices, seat belt violation and driving on wrong side of undivided street

• Jennifer Marie Tinsley, 19, 515 Rosewood Circle, Winder, charged with battery (family violence, first offense), simple battery (family violence) and possession of marijuana
• Gamaliel Fuerte Torres, 38, 340 Addison Drive, Winder, charged with expired or no driver’s license and failure to maintain lane
• Bryant Keith Wilburn, 50, 309 Tuggle St., Winder, charged with probation violation
• Reginald Alonzo Williams, 21, 429 Shenandoah Court, Winder, charged with loitering and giving false name, address or birth date to law enforcement officers
• Steve Allen Wilson, 59, 49 Steed Road, Winder, charged with aggravated stalking (no contact bond) and terroristic threats and acts (family violence, no contact bond)
