• Gilbert Charles Colunga, 32, 238 Woodlawn Ave., Auburn, charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession and use of drug-related objects
• Linda Lynn Crowe, 48, 848 Lake Shore Drive, Winder, charged with theft by shoplifting
• Ashlie Elaine Darnell, 28, 946 Century Oak Drive, Winder, charged with failure to appear
• Jennifer Elizabeth Doyle, 21, 92 W. New St., Winder, charged with possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce and possession and use of drug-related objects
• William John Forsman, 49, 80 King St., Winder, charged with four counts obstruction or hindering law enforcement, terroristic threats and acts, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct
• Charity Alise Hester, 28, 1829 Shoal Creek Road, Monroe, charged with knowingly driving motor vehicle on suspended, canceled or revoked license and driving while license withdrawn
• Bonnie Ann Howard, 38, 208 Piney Grove Road, Comer, hold for Clarke County
• Stacey Herbert Hunter, 47, 160 Second St., Apt. 1, Winder, charged with headlight requirements and expired or no driver’s license
• Cassie Jasmine Arielle Jones, 21, 981 Old Hog Mountain Road, Auburn, charged with crossing state/county guard lines with weapons, intoxicants, drugs, etc., without consent, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, giving false name, address or birth date to law enforcement officers and requiring or permitting unlawful operation of a vehicle
• Michael Aleksander Karlowicz, 31, 2975 Hidden Drive, Lawrenceville, charged with probation violation
• Jean Yves Marcelon, 38, 248 Jamie Court, Winder, charged with driving while license withdrawn and defective tires
• Charles Edward Marcum, 38, 1840 Barber Creek Road, Statham, charged with probation violation
• Kevin Richard McDougald, 27, 219 Ivy Trail, Hartwell, charged with two counts probation violation, failure to obey stop sign, fleeing or attempting to elude police officer, failure to yield right of way (turning), driving while license withdrawn, expired or no license plate or decal, missing/defaced/obscured license plate, passing in no passing zone, failure to maintain lane and reckless driving
• Lawrence Moon, 49, 387 Carl Bethlehem Road, Bethlehem, charged with DUI — alcohol, possession of open alcohol container, seat belt violation and failure to obey signs or control devices
• Lori Ann Patton, 51, 271 E. Wright St., Apt. 18, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Lindsay McCall Royster, 23, 530 Fort St., Winder, charged with probation violation and giving false name, address or birth date to law enforcement officers
