Barrow Resident Arrested in Connection with Carjacking in Athens
The Winder man has been charged with aggravated assault, theft by receiving stolen property, possession of a gun by a convicted felon and other offenses.
The Athens Banner-Herald reports a Barrow County man has been arrested in connection with a reported carjacking on Wednesday.
