Bond Reduced for Suspect Accused of Molesting Child
The Winder teen is being tried as an adult, the Athens Banner-Herald reports.
Bond for a 17-year-old Winder resident accused of molesting a 7-year-old child earlier this year was reduced Thursday during a hearing in Barrow County Superior Court, the Athens Banner-Herald reports.
The news outlet reports the reason for the bond reduction, from $50,000 to $20,000, was not clear. Clack is charged with aggravated sodomy, child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes.
