Resort Seeking Director of Banquet Operations

Job title: Director of banquet operations
Employer: Chateau Elan in Braselton
Job description: Oversees all facets of the banquet department. Coordinates the set-up and service of all functions within the hotel and off site. 
Qualifications: Minimum of four years of experience in catering/banquets. Must have knowledge of banquet set-ups and banquet equipment requirements. College degree preferred. High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Thorough knowledge of guest service, banquets/catering, excellent motivational and organization skills with strong interpersonal skills.
