Chico's in Winder is hiring for the following jobs: 

Customer returns coordinator — Responsible for receiving and processing returns from customers and stores. Reviews and researches problems, obtaining necessary information from policies, procedures or practices. Coordinates problem resolution with appropriate departments. Qualifications include one to three years of customer service/distribution experience. 

Distribution manager — Responsible for managing the activities and work performance of assigned department's staff to meets established standards and goals for staffing, safety, productivity and quality. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field and five or more years of supervisory experience or two to five years of management experience in a distribution environment.

Equipment maintenance tech — Responsible for performing maintenance tasks, repairs and cleaning at Chico’s Distribution Center both interior an exterior to include painting, landscape work, plumbing, electrical and other duties assigned by management. High school diploma or GED required, as well as one to two years  of experience with building and ground maintenance. 

Security guard — Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all employees, buildings and grounds. Applicants should have two or more years of experience working in a security environment. 

Team lead — Responsible for coordinating activities of associates in distribution processes. Will monitor associates performance and will coach for improvement in the areas of productivity, quality, safety and attendance. Supports and communicates training and development initiatives, policies, procedures and company values to ensure a positive, supportive and productive work environment. May also adjust work assignments of distribution associates as well as perform those job tasks. Qualifications include two to five years of distribution experience, with at least a year of leadership experience preferred.
