Man Who Enjoyed Making Pickles, Playing Horseshoes and Camping Laid to Rest

Brett Morgan, 29, of Dacula, was laid to rest on Sunday, Nov. 17.

Morgan died Wednesday, Nov. 13, in a car crash in Barrow County.

Morgan's hobbies included playing guitar, hunting, fishing, camping, cooking, making pickles, carving pumpkins, playing horseshoes and bluegrass music.

"Brett Morgan was a very soft, kind hearted person," his obituary stated. "He always had a smile on his face that would light up a room. He is very loved by many and touched the hearts of several people. He could brighten up anyone’s day with his laughter and great sense of humor. He was a good, strong man with a big heart. He will forever be missed by so many."
