News Nearby: $75,000 Worth of Guns Stolen from Dacula Shop
Just hours after a large shipment of weapons had arrived, burglars struck the store and stole numerous handguns, tactical rifles and shotguns.
At 1:47 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 29, the owner of Big Gun Armory got a call from his alarm company — the burglar alarm had been activated.
Gwinnett County Police were also notified and arrived four minutes after receiving the call, but it was too late. Thieves has struck the business and has stolen numerous handguns, tactical rifles and shotguns, with the owner estimating the total value at $75,000.
“They cleaned my place out,” owner David Duncan said.
