Back To School Event Planned at Mall of Georgia

With the new school year just weeks away, the Mall of Georgia in Buford is gearing up.

The mall will be having a Back To School event on Saturday, July 27, from 3-5 p.m., according to a news release.

Activities such as temporary tattoos and a ring and bean bag toss will be held. Also, attendees can win prizes and attack their back to school shopping lists with retailer coupons.

“We’re hosting our annual Back to School event to encourage parents and kids to connect with each other, enjoy a final moment of summer fun at their favorite Simon mall, and are ready to take on a new school year," said Carol Cox, director of mall marketing, said in a news release.

This event is a function of the Simon Kidgits Club, which is geared for children 3-8.
