Atlanta BBQ Store Classic Comes To Cumming Fairgrounds Nov. 18-19

More than 80 competition BBQ teams from across the nation will converge at Cumming Fairgrounds November 18-19, 2022, for the Atlanta BBQ Store Classic. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Northeast Georgia Foodbank, a Feeding America organization. The Food Bank of Northeast Georgia was founded in 1992 in an effort to address hunger and end food insecurity in 14 counties. For 30 years, the food distribution organization has served communities across the northeast region of Georgia and provided consistent access to nourishing food and relevant education for its constituents. The Food Bank of Northeast Georgia serves 14 counties, mobilizing more than 11 million pounds of food with the assistance of over 200 partner organizations every year.

The public is invited to attend on Saturday, November 19, from 10 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Vendors, food trucks, kids’ activities, and a peek into BBQ competition at its finest will be available! Admission and parking are free. Canned food donations for the Northeast Georgia Foodbank and Toys for Tots donations will be collected by the participating organizations. Vendors and activities will be covered in the event of rain.
