Carrington Academy Students Donate More Than 100 Items to Food Bank
Students collected nonperishable food items for The Place of Forsyth
Students at Carrington Academy on Majors Road in Cumming recently donated more than 100 nonperishable items to The Place of Forsyth, an organization that assists the people of the Forsyth and Dawson County areas with essential needs. Over the past few weeks, students held a food drive to collect a variety of food items for the organization. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of giving back to the community, especially during the holiday season.
