Crews Search Lake Lanier for Missing Man
Dive teams searched for an hour after reports a man fell off a boat, according to reports.
HALL COUNTY, GA — Hall County emergency crews searched Lake Lanier Saturday evening for a man who had fallen from a boat, according to reports. The call came in near 6 p.m. near Three Sisters Island, according to 11Alive.
The man was on a boat with a group when he fell off and possible was struck by the boat or a prop, according to WSB-TV.
One diver was reportedly injured during the search, but is in good condition.

It has been a tragic season on Lake Lanier. Last month, four people were killed in a single boat wreck. A man died in June after an accident while tubing behind a boat. And a teen lost a leg after falling off of a boat in May.
