  1. Do you want to enjoy a kid-free Valentine's Day with your partner? The Cumming Aquatic Center has you covered. This Friday, Feb. 10, couples can drop their children off at the Cumming Aquatic Center for four hours of swim time and a pizza party. Children must be between the ages of 5-13.   2. A new family-centered chiropractic practice announced its move to Cumming! The Cumming Family Chiropractic owner is Dr. Diana Husk, a West Forsyth High School graduate and a pediatric-certified chiropractor. The center will specialize in prenatal, pregnancy, and pediatric care, although all are welcome. (Forsyth County News)
  3. A group of South Forsyth Middle School students secured the 2023 PAGE Academic Bowl State Championship title last week. The championship was held in Milledgeville and the final was against River Trail Middle from Johns Creek. Students had to answer questions on subjects ranging from history and literature to science and math. (Forsyth County News)
  4. On Friday, Cumming North Forsyth won against Mt. Airy Habersham Central. The game was extremely close, and the final score ended at 50-48. Take advantage of these edge-of-your-seat games this season! (AJC)
  5. If your little ones love to read and play with furry friends, don't miss the Paws to Read event at Cumming Library. Paws to Read will allow attendees the opportunity to read with a certified therapy dog. This event begins at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 15. (Forsyth Public Library)
