Cumming Fair Begins Today
The fair will feature a beauty pageant, live music, rides, fun and games, and a family-friendly atmosphere.

The Cumming Country Fair and Festival is only hours away, which means that it’s time to look ahead to the fun and plan your family’s excursion to the Cumming Fairgrounds.
For starters, tickets for adults cost $7 and tickets for students cost $3. Children 4 and under get in for free. Parking for the event costs $3. In case you didn’t know, the Cumming Fairgrounds are located at 235 Castleberry Road.
The fair kicks off at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 8 with Northside Hospital Forsyth Day, which features free admission for all fair goers. Unlimited rides cost $20 a person on Thursday. Forsyth County canners will want to submit their entries to the University of Georgia’s Forsyth County Extension canning competition on Wednesday, Oct. 7 before 6:30 p.m. so they can be judged and possibly win at the awards show held on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
