The umbrella name covers future department expansion including potential future modes of service such as micro-transit and commuter service within the County.
Along with a new name, Access Forsyth will begin to roll out new features over the next year including an improved reservation system, a mobile phone application, pre-trip reminders and new, optimized routing software.
Dial-a-Ride is a reservation-based transportation service for all Forsyth County residents. This service is beneficial for those in need of a way to get to medical appointments, shopping, places of employment, education, personal errands and more.
