Forsyth 4-H Wildlife Team Recognized For Placing 1st In State
The Forsyth team placed first in the 4-H Wildlife Judging State Competition to earn a spot in the national competition representing Georgia.

FORSYTH COUNTY, GA β At their meeting on Feb. 21, the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners presented a resolution commending Dusty Haney, Leah Hornsey, Emily Kowalczyk and Wendy Taylor for earning the opportunity to represent Georgia at the upcoming National Wildlife Habitat Education Program competition.
On Oct. 20, 2018, the team placed first in the Georgia 4-H Wildlife Judging State Competition to earn a spot in the national competition representing Georgia. The 4-H program is a part of the Forsyth County School System and has given members opportunities to participate in team competitions such as wildlife judging.
