Forsyth County Board of Commissioners Elects Officers For 2019

During their first meeting of the year on Jan. 4, the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners elected officers for 2019.

FORSYTH COUNTY, GA — During their first meeting of the year on Jan. 4, the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners elected officers for 2019. District 5 Commissioner Laura Semanson was elected to serve as chairman; District 4 Commissioner Cindy Jones Mills was elected to serve as vice chairman; and District 2 Commissioner Dennis Brown will serve as secretary.

The Board of Commissioners is made up of five members, each living in a specific district and elected by their district to serve four-year terms. Each year in January, the five members elect officers for the coming year. Please find the attached images for use in your coverage.
