Forsyth Deputies Send Team To Help Hurricane Michael Recovery
The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office has a disaster team helping with Hurricane Michael recovery in Crisp and Dougherty Counties.
FORSYTH COUNTY, GA β The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office has sent their Disaster Response Team to assist with Hurricane Michael recovery and have sent photos back to Forsyth.
Deputies are helping in Crisp and Dougherty Counties.
"We have received many messages of gratitude from folks that currently live there and Forsyth residents who are in some way connected to the areas," reads a Facebook post from the department. "Our team is working long, hard hours, but they are being well taken care of and they will continue on as long as they can!"

The Sheriff's Office reports that they have extended the teamβs stay because there is still much to be done and many people still without power.
