John Joseph Mulligan, 84, of Cumming, GA entered into eternal life Monday, July 15, 2013. Beloved husband of Loretta E Ballinger and loving father of John J. Mulligan, Linda S. Smith, and Rosanna Brosseau, he was the son of the late Edward and Stella Mulligan.
Cryptside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will have a private viewing prior to the service.
