Jones Awarded For Leadership At Board Of Commissioners Work Session

During the Sept. 20 Board of Commissioners work session, the Association County Commissioners of Georgia (ACCG) awarded Georgia Rep. Todd Jones with the Legislative Service Award for his demonstration of exemplary leadership related to the passing of the GA House Bill 1013 also known as the Mental Health Parity Act as well as his service toward other legislation.

The Mental Health Parity Act addresses mental health reform through insurance parity, workforce shortages and criminal justice reform.

Forsyth County is proud to be within the district represented by this leadership.
