Local Horse Rescue Holds Yoga and Sound Immersion Event

​Join us for a yoga and a sound bath experience at Save the Horses Rescue Farm in Cumming.

CUMMING, Georgia (May 6, 2024) - Join us on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at 11AM to unwind and relax with a unique yoga and a sound bath experience among the horses and other rescue residents of Save the Horses Rescue in Cumming, GA.

This event will start with Erika Dalton leading a 20-minute, beginner-friendly, relaxing yoga flow. Allow her to guide your movement and breathing to achieve a calm and peaceful state.
The session will transition into Randy Dalton leading a 40-minute, full-body immersion, meditative experience through sound bathing.

A sound bath is one of the most relaxing experiences you can give yourself. It is an effective form of deep rest and rejuvenation for your physical body & your mind.

Participants can relax on their mats to listen to the sounds of gongs. Afterward, participants are welcome to stay at the rescue for an animal tour. Guests will meet, interact, and take photos with the residents at Save the Horses.

PLEASE NOTE
1. Please bring a yoga mat or towel, water, sunscreen, and/or hat. The event will be outdoors, so please dress comfortably.
2. We request that all participants be at least 13 years of age.
3. Please plan to arrive early for the session to have plenty of time to sign in and settle in.
4. Advance registration required.
5. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, no shows or late arrivals.
