Certified Lifeguard, American Pool Service

A Lifeguard’s primary responsibility is to ensure injury prevention by enforcing all rules and regulations of the pool and surrounding area. In addition to rule enforcement a Lifeguard is also responsible for chemical maintenance, record-keeping and should inspect the facility on a daily basis and report and unsafe conditions or equipment to the office. Assist customers with issues pertaining to PLCs, HMIs, programming software, and other automation devices while delivering and maintaining top-notch customer service. Duties include: Telephone customer support, learn new products and technology as new products are added, answer technical phone calls involving AC servo, stepper system products, PLCs, HMIs, programming software, and other automation devices. This position requires at least 5 years experience or a technical degree with a minimum of 3 years experience.    Communications experience with Ethernet networking desirable.
