Background on the business: We offer unsecured loans ranging from $10,000-$400,000 with no down payment, no collateral, no upfront fees and require only a FICO score of 670 and annual gross income of $27,000 to prequalify. The funding can be used for any purpose and the loan terms are 3,5 or 7 year terms with no prepayment penalty. We have a customer success fee of 15% of the loan amount you get approved for, but you don't pay that to us until after you have been funded. We have a team of corporate attorneys in house who will negotiate the best rates and terms for you on your behalf and the arte can be as low as 6%. Upon submitting your application along with the documents which we require, you can be funded in less than 7 days!
What has been the best part of owning your own business? We love helping our clients get funded, so they can achieve their dreams and financial goals faster.
What has been the worst part of owning your own business? Not being able to fund clients who don't have a credit score of 670 yet, but the good news is that we now have an in house credit team who can help our clients boost their score quicker for one flat fee.
How has the pandemic affected your business? Pandemic has actually helped our clients who decided to do side businesses or become new business owners to get them funded, so they can change their destiny and become more financially independent and follow the path to early retirement.
How have you had to adapt during the pandemic? What changes did you make? We find ways to assist our clients in different ways to get them approved for our loan.
What do you think is your secret to staying in business during the pandemic? The biggest key to success is making sure we talk to our customers and listen to their individual needs so that way we can customize our loan program for them.
Has the need for workers had an effect on your business? How so? No, our business is mostly over the phone and email, so labor shortage hasn't been a big issue.
How has the community supported your business over the years? Our company is new to Cumming, although we have other brokerages operating nationwide.
Anything else to add? Looking forward to help residents of Cumming and surrounding cities with personal loans, business loans, medical loans, fix and flip loans, rehab loans, stock trading loans, cryptocurrency loans and literally loans for any purpose as our funding program is very flexible.
