Student Who Started Shooting Rumor At Lambert High, In Custody
One student tweeted even though the shooting rumor has been resolved, "everyone is scared."

FORSYTH COUNTY, GA β Rumors of a shooting situation at Lambert High School in Forsyth County, were started by a student who has been taken into police custody, according to school officials.
"As a follow up to the rumor situation of this morning, the student who initiated the rumor is off campus and in police custody," said Lambert High School Principal Gary Davison. "Lambert High School takes these rumors extremely seriously. I would like to take this opportunity to thank students, staff, and members of the community who shared information with us bringing a very quick resolution to the rumor.
"We have fully embraced the 'see something, say something' program. Thank you again for your understanding and support of Lambert High School."

One student from the school tweeted, "There was a school shooting threat at my school, and we are now expected to continue our day normally. They are in custody but everyone is scared. Welcome to 2018."
