Video: High Speed Chase Ends With Foot Chase, 4 Arrests

Deputies chased four men who, police say, are responsible for several area gas station burglaries.

FORSYTH COUNTY, GA – Deputies chased four men who, police say, are responsible for several area gas station burglaries.

In the early morning hours of Saturday, Sept. 15, the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office received a "be on the lookout" notice from Alpharetta Police in reference to multiple gas station burglaries. The BOLO advised a silver Jeep SUV with multiple men wearing hoodies.

DFC Matt Pittman spotted a vehicle matching that description backing up to the front of the Chevron gas station on McFarland Pkwy. DFC Pittman initiated a stop and the vehicle fled. A pursuit ensued, eventually ending at James Rd. and Martin Rd. where the suspects’ vehicle crashed and all four suspects fled on foot.

Within hours, with the help of Alpharetta Department of Public Safety and Georgia State Patrol Aviation, drone and K9 units were able to apprehend all four men.
