You’re bound to see stores selling more lottery tickets this weekend, as the two big jackpot games offered through the Georgia Lottery have big prizes up for grabs. As of Thursday afternoon, Friday night’s Mega Millions jackpot stood at $119 million, while the big prize in Saturday night’sPowerball drawing has swelled to $317 million.
If talk of big lottery prizes is giving you a sense of déjà vu, don’t worry. It was just last month when the Powerball jackpot grew to $448 million.
