  1. A new Gwinnett County school is focusing on artificial intelligence. The curriculum is taught through an artificial intelligence lens at the Seckinger High School near Buford. Gwinnett County Public Schools reportedly believes that this approach is the best way to prepare students to be successful after high school. This is the first high school of its kind in Georgia. (CBS46)
  2. The Gwinnett County Police Department has arrested a woman for allegedly stealing a French Bulldog puppy. According to the department, Renae Tolbert has been charged with robbery by sudden snatching and criminal attempt to robbery. The woman arranged a meeting after connecting with a dog seller online. The robbery occurred in a parking lot on the 3300 block of Centerville Highway on Jul. 26. (Fox 5 Atlanta)
  3. The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners has approved a priorities outline for Gwinnett Place Mall's redevelopment project. The iconic mall was purchased by the county for $23 million. The next step in the project is for an advisory group to be formed and a Request for Information to be issued. (11 Alive)
