Here are the top three stories in Dacula today:

1. The Dacula City Council is meeting tomorrow at 7:00 p.m. in Dacula City Hall's Council Chambers. The meeting's new business will include a Waiver Application. 2. The Gwinnett County Police Department has identified the teen that was shot at a basketball court. Timothy Buchanan, 17, was located off Mariray Court on Sunday by responding officers. The department reports that they have identified several leads in the homicide investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact the department. (Fox 5 Atlanta)
3. Gwinnett County is encouraging residents to determine if they are eligible for a monthly discount through the Federal Communications Commission Affordable Connectivity Program.
