Temeka Watts of Dacula graduates from Lake Forest College
LAKE FOREST, IL -- Temeka Watts of Dacula, GA, graduated magna cum laude from Lake Forest College with a bachelor of arts degree in Sociology and Anthropology. Watts is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Kappa Delta. Watts was awarded the Leo F. Van Hoey Senior Prize in Sociology and Anthropology.

Watts was among more than 350 students to graduate from Lake Forest College at Ravinia Festival Park on May 9, 2015. Roberto Salem, the Class of 2015’s senior class speaker, delivered an inspiring message to his fellow graduates. You can read his address online here. Cristina Murphy of Dacula makes Summer 2015 Academic Achievement List
AMERICUS, GA -- Cristina Murphy, a resident of Dacula, made the Summer 2015 Academic Achievement List at Georgia Southwestern State University and was among 374 students recognized for scholastic achievement.
To be eligible for the Academic Achievement List, a student must previously earn at least 12 credit hours at GSW, be enrolled in 3 to 11 hours of courses, and earn a 3.5 or higher GPA.
Alexander Colonna among cadets on The Citadel’s spring 2015 Dean’s List
CHARLESTON, SC -- Members of The Citadel South Carolina Corps of Cadets earned top honors in the spring 2015 semester. Dean’s List recognition is given to cadets registered for 12 or more semester hours and whose grade point average is 3.2 or higher with no grade below a C for the previous semester’s work. Alexander Colonna of Dacula, GA was recognized for outstanding academic achievement and earned Dean’s List recognition for the spring 2015 semester.
